PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aligning/feeding device capable of aligning all surfaces of rectangular solid-shaped parts or cubic shaped parts and visual inspecting device and method capable of being applied for various visual inspections of various kinds of parts. SOLUTION: The aligning/feeding device comprises a bowl feeder 2 and a line feeder 3. The bowl feeder 2, which has a first aligning device for aligning a first reference surface of a hexahedral part p toward a predetermined direction and a second aligning means for aligning a second reference surface adjacent and orthogonal to the first reference surface toward a second predetermined direction orthogonal to the first predetermined direction, is capable of aligning all surfaces of hexahedral parts p. Since the parts transfer speed of the bowl feeder 2 can be controlled to be higher than the transfer speed of the line feeder 3 by a control means 10, parts facing the same direction and not being limited to hexahedral parts, are closely aligned on the line feeder 3 so as to be visually inspected as a series of patterns.
