PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem on a refuse sack which should be expanded and fixed when separating and classifying paper and plastic refuse and charging them directly into the refuse sack, that it is difficult to accurately separate and classify the refuse because its contents cannot be viewed due to use of a refuse box or basket. SOLUTION: This implement 1 having construction permitting easy charge of separated and classified refuse directly into refuse sack is mounted inside the inserted refuse sack to be expanded and fixed. The use of the fixing implement 1 in expanding and fixing the refuse sack permits easy charge of the refuse into the refuse sack in the viewable state of its contents and easy classification and charge of the refuse.
