PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refuse sack tool offering simple construction enabling the easy gathering of refuse while opening the mouth of a sack in which the refuse is put and preventing damage to the mouth of the sack. SOLUTION: The refuse sack tool comprises a ring member fitted into the inside of the mouth of the sack, a handle member provided on the ring member, and a band member wound on the outer periphery face of the ring member for fixing the sack held between the ring member and itself.
