PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner bag, for a bag-in-box, which is formed of a resin film not dissolvable in the contents of the inner bag and thus free from any influence on the taste of the contents and, further, free from the adsorption of the contents onto the bag body, and is free from the formation of pinholes and is free from blocking between films upon heat filling. SOLUTION: This inner bag for a bag-in-box has a multiple structure of at least first and second films which come into contact with the contents of the bag. The first film has a three-layer structure of an inner layer, an intermediate layer, and an outer layer. The inner layer, the outer layer, and the second film are formed of a straight-chain ethylene-α-olefin copolymer which is prepared by polymerization in the presence of a single-site catalyst and has a density in the range of 0.925 to 0.930 g/cm<SP>3</SP>and a melt index in the range of 1.0 to 3.0 g/10 min. The intermediate layer is formed of a coextruded film using, as a main resin, a straight-chain ethylene-α-olefin copolymer which having a lower density than the inner layer and is prepared by polymerization in the presence of a single-site catalyst.
