PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat comfortable to sit in, capable of preventing a baggage placed on a seat cushion from falling from the seat cushion even if strong vibration or shock in sudden brake operation or the like is generated during traveling, and excellent in safety as the seat. SOLUTION: This vehicular seat comprises the seat cushion 1 and a seat back 2. The seat back 2 is formed into a double structure comprising a seat back body 2a, and a nearly reversed U-shaped swingable cushion frame material 2b additionally mounted from the upper part of its front surface through both its side parts so that the frame material 2b is changed into two modes such as an erected form additionally mounted to the front surface of the body 2a and a form turned down toward the upper surface of the seat cushion 1 to function as a stopper for preventing the falling of the baggage placed on the upper surface of the seat cushion 1.
