摘要 PURPOSE:To adjust the filter sizes easily by adjusting the kind and the addition ratio of easily soluble ion produced from the mixed liquid of metal alkoxide, easily soluble ionic water solution and solvent to be agitated, hydrolyzed, formed and dried, and by eluting easily soluble ion. CONSTITUTION:Metal alkoxide being also to form a constant and hard solid from the state of oxide or hydroxide is used as parent body of selective penetrating material. Ester and the like such as silicic acid, boric acid, phosphoric acid, etc. are the examples to be used. The metal ion of Na, K, Ca, Fe and the like are used as easily soluble ion. The filter size can be adjusted by varying kind and addition ratio. 1mol of metal alkoxide against around 0.01-1mol of easily soluble ionic species and around 0.5-100mol of water are mixed up, and acid, alkali, etc. are added to start hydrolyzing. After reaction, the sol liquid thus produced is formed and dried. Next, the same is dipped in water or diluted acid solution to elute easily soluble ion, thus preparing a micro porous filter.
