PURPOSE:To simplify a mechanism by constituting an optical system so that two focusing systems of the first photographing and the second photographing can be selected and fixing the extent of movement of a lens group for focusing on the same object in both photographings. CONSTITUTION:Two focusing systems are provided, and the optical system is so constituted that the extent of extension of a lens system for focusing is fixed in both focusing systems. The first reflecting mirror 3 is turned to the position indicated by a solid line and an object image is formed on the first focal plane 5 by the first photographing system 1 to perform the first photographing, namely, photographing of a wide angle system. Next, the second reflecting mirror 3 is turned in the direction of an arrow and is arranged on the optical axis of the first photographing system 1 as shown by a dotted line, and the second photographing system 2 is moved to the rear of the first photographing system 1 on the optical axis. The luminous flux from an object which passes the first and second photographing systems 1 and 2 is reflected on the first and second reflecting mirrors and is transmitted onto the second focal plane 6 to perform the second photographing, namely, photographing of a telephoto system. In the first and second photographings, the whole or a part of lens groups in the first photographing system is moved to perform focusing.
