PURPOSE:To filter two signals of fs rate inputted alternately at a nearly half scale by operating a transversal filter having a coefficient satisfying the 1st kind Nyquist condition in 2fs rate. CONSTITUTION:A delay signal xd is extracted from a node N4, and the signal xd is a signal equivalent to coefficient '1' in the 1st kind Nyquist condition. A signal 101a retarding a multiplex signal 100a by a delay element 101 and the delay signal xd are led to an output alternately in the 2fs rate through two single pole double throw switches S2 interlocked with each other. While the signal 100a being an output of an adder 100 when a data is given to each node is y1(2n+1), a signal 101a at an output of the delay element 101 at the preceding data given is y2(2n), then the time is matched to a signal y1(2n) corresponding to the delay signal xd. At the next point of time, the signal 100a is y2(2n+2), the signal 101a is y1(2n+1) and the delay signal xd is y2(2n+1). Since the switches S2 are changed over, signals y1, y2 are always outputted from output terminals L, M.
