The device comprises a body member, a cable with one fixed end attached to the body member, an inner member fixedly mounted within the body member and an opening defined by the body member and the inner member. There is an inclined ramp formed on the inner member, a disc movably mounted on the ramp, and a coiled spring. The coiled spring includes a circular portion received in a second opening formed in the inner member, the second opening intersecting the ramp at a location midway along the ramp. The coiled spring further includes a straight end extending outwardly of the second opening which engages the disc so as to bias it up the inclined ramp, and the second end of the cable insertable into the opening so as to push the disc down the ramp. |
