PURPOSE:To effectively lighten the shock applied onto a driver, by permitting an impact force to be gradually absorbed by the shortening of the fitting part between an axle side hollow shaft constituting a handle shaft and a handle side shaft by the load, on collision. CONSTITUTION:A number of uneven stripes 5 are formed in the direction of the outer peripheral surface of the fitting part of a handle side shaft 3 fitting- connected with an axle side hollow shaft 2. While, the uneven stripes 6 for the fitting of the fitting part 4 of the handle side shaft 3 are formed in a necessary length in the axial direction on the inner peripheral surface of the axle side hollow shaft 2. Then, the uneven stripes 5 in the fitting part 4 are fitted with the uneven stripes 6 at the edge part of the axle hollow shaft 2, and fixation is performed by pressing the outer periphery of the axle side hollow shaft 2. When an impact force is applied from the axle side hollow shaft 2 in such constitution, the uneven stripes 4 in the fitting part 4 intrude, spreading the axle side shaft 2 along the uneven stripes 6 of the axle side shaft 2. Therefore, the handle shaft 1 can gradually absorb the impact force, reducing the length, according to the load.
