<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve service to tenant users by informing tenant designating information of elevator users to a tenant side. <P>SOLUTION: A user coming to a landing hall on a stage floor looks at a plurality of tenant designating buttons 2 provided on a landing call operation panel 1, and pushes the tenant designating button 2 related to a tenant T to which the user would like to go. Then, a tenant designation informing means 9 of a tenant terminal device T<SB>1</SB>inputs tenant designation from a tenant designation inputting means 6, and informs that the tenant T<SB>1</SB>is designated by voice or textual information in an indicating screen.
