<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate construction of an inner form of a staircase wall without being cut by a stair part, while arranging a steel stair at a position close to the staircase wall. <P>SOLUTION: Each of steel stairs 10A, 10B is constructed respectively between mounting hardware of a floor landing of a ready constructed floor F<SB>0</SB>and the mounting hardware 26 of a floor form 31 of an intermediate landing F<SB>0-1</SB>to be constructed, and between the mounting hardware 26 and the mounting hardware 26 of the floor form of a floor landing F<SB>1</SB>of the following floor F<SB>1</SB>. Both of the steel stairs 10A, 10B are arranged to come close to a center of the staircase so that a space 42 having a width D may be obtained from an edge of the stairs to be located where it originally should be (b). An inner form 46 for a staircase wall 44 of an up-and-down direction of the stairs is constructed in the space 42, and concrete for the intermediate landing 30 and the other building frames is placed. The space 42 having the width D becomes empty when an unnecessary temporary construction member is removed. The steel stairs 10A, 10B are moved outward to be apart from each other to fill the space 42 so that they may be arranged near an inner surface 44a of the staircase wall 44.
