PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving-information guide apparatus for guiding driving information of high accuracy by taking into account a fine change in a road state. SOLUTION: In the driving-information guide apparatus, a running-history holding means 15 used to hold a plurality of pieces of running history data including past running data, a distribution-function computing means 60 which finds distribution data on the time required for running a passage section on the basis of the running history data on the passage section as an object and which calculates a distribution function expressing the distribution data, and a driving-information analysis means 70 which analyzes the distribution function calculated by the distribution-function computing means and which generates the driving information on the passage section, are installed. In the apparatus, a driving operation in the passage section is guided on the basis of the running history data whose passage frequency is high and which has actual results, a turning-on state of a signal lamp is analyzed when the signal lamp situated in a terminal of the passage section is passed, and the proper driving information of high accuracy is presented.
