STARTER HAVING PINION TRANSFER MECHANISM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a starter having a pinion transfer mechanism having improved insertion property into a plunger square hole as a driving member of a shift lever. SOLUTION: A part inserted into the plunger square hole 3b as the driving member of the shift lever 8 has a wide part wider than the tip. Preferably, the width becomes narrower from the wide part to the tip. This constitution improves the insertion property of the shift lever 8 into the plunger square hole 3b. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
