PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filler master batch which highly improves the dispersion of a filler on the production of a thermoplastic elastomer composition, and to obtain the thermoplastic elastomer composition containing the same. SOLUTION: The filler master batch is obtained by mixing (a) 100 pts.wt. of a filler, especially at least one filler selected from the group consisting of metallic fillers, non-metallic fillers and carbon-based fillers with (b) 5 to 50 pts.wt. of a saturated or unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbon group-containing phenol compound, and the thermoplastic elastomer composition is obtained by using the same.
