PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system for reducing a temperature change in cooling water. SOLUTION: This cooling system has a refrigerating cycle constituted by respectively and successively connecting a compressor 1, a condenser 2, a pressure reducer 3, and an evaporator 4 by a refrigerant pipe, a cooling water circuit 10a having a pump 7 for circulating cooling water cooled by the evaporator to a load 10, and a control means 23 for controlling a cooling water temperature in the vicinity of a cooling water temperature preset value. A control means controls the cooling water temperature in the cooling water temperature preset value by controlling the air volume of an air blower 12 of the condenser, and changes cooling capacity. Thus, the cooling capacity is balanced with the load, and an operation stopping frequency of the compressor is reduced, and a change in the cooling water temperature is further reduced.
