PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vibration and a strange noise caused by a weight unbalance by preventing generation of a state of the weight unbalance caused by the weight of a valve body 15 by regulating a degree of freedom in the peripheral direction during operation of the valve body 15 constituting a valve mechanism 10e, in a driving force transmission device 10 provided with the valve mechanism 10e to regulate formation of a four-wheel drive state, by regulating generation of pressing force at a pressing force generation mechanism 10d when a vehicle is running at a high speed beyond a specified limit. SOLUTION: A space between each adjacent vane 13b of a rotor 13 is formed into a moving passage (r) of the valve body 15 in a storage space part R of the pressing force generation mechanism 10d. The moving passage (r) is formed to have a dimension with the same width from the inner peripheral side up to the outer peripheral side, and a dimension to regulate movement in the peripheral direction of the valve body 15.
