PURPOSE:To make it possible to operate an equipment even in a line failure time by storing a transmission data at a storage part as a non-transmitted transaction data file, and performing a transaction in an off-line mode, when a line failure is detected. CONSTITUTION:At a terminal equipment equipped with a main control part 12, an input/output control part 14, a keyboard 16, a display 18, a printer 20, and a line control part 22, a storage part 24 which stores a non-transmitted data and an input data after in the line failure time is provided. The main control part 12, when detecting the line failure, stores the input data as the non-transmitted data file, and also, displays a fact that a mode is switched to the off-line mode on the display 18, and turns on a local mode flag. Following transaction data are stored at the data storage part 24 as the non-transmitted data files, and these data are read out from the storage part 24 when a line is recovered, then being transmitted to a host device. |
