<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple sealing structure of a vehicle body excellent in sound proof properties. <P>SOLUTION: At outside of a center pillar 51 provided at a side face of a vehicle body of a three-door vehicle 20, a front door 21 at a front part and a quarter window 60 at a rear part are positioned in a line. The quarter window 60 is equipped with a molding 66 at a front collar of the quarter window glass 61 and the molding 66 is equipped with a sealing member 70. The sealing member 70 fills up a clearance between the front door 21 and the molding 66, in other words, the clearance between end faces of the quarter window for facing each other. Hence, the wind noise generated by the clearance as the vehicle travels can be reduced. The molding 66 made of synthetic resin is integrally formed with an attachment protrusion 67A for attaching the sealing member 70. Thus, no special purpose parts are required to attach the sealing member 70 and the structure is simplified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
