<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid ceramic which is a composite of a magnet and a ceramic, or the magnet and the ceramic with a tourmaline ore, which are formed into one piece in order to make use of the respective utilization effects of the composing materials. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the hybrid ceramic comprises the steps of: (1) using a ball made from a magnet constitution body before a magnetization process as a core; (2) forming a coating layer made from a mixture of the ceramic, glass powder and clay on the core by using a frit; (3) drying and sintering the same at 800°C or lower and (4) carrying out the magnetization process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
