<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce installing manhours of a steam compression refrigerator using an ejector. <P>SOLUTION: Suction pressure of a compressor 1 is increased while reducing pressure of a refrigerator by the ejector 5 (a nozzle 5a) at cooling operation time, and the refrigerant is circulated to a low pressure side heat exchanger by the pump action of the ejector 5, and is operated as an expansion valve cycle at heating operation time. Thus, a refrigerant pipe 9 penetrating through a wall 10 for partitioning the indoor side and the outdoor side can be set as two pipes. Large heating capacity can be obtained by increasing a compression workload of the compressor 1 at heating operation time while heightening a score factor at cooling operation time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
