PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an exterminator against red tide planktons, having excellent dispersibility to seawater, exterminating effect on red tide planktons and storage stability and low toxicity to fish and is not subject to regulation of application to the sea. SOLUTION: The exterminator for red tide planktons comprises 1-99 wt.% of one or more kinds of fatty acids represented by general formula (1): R1COOH [R1is a 7-23C alkyl group] and 99-1 wt.% of one or more kinds of fatty acid dispersants.
