<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleansing agent which does not disrupt the ozonosphere, is nonflammable, has an excellent cleansing property, and is used for cleansing the insides of cooling systems or heat pump systems using HFC-based working media. <P>SOLUTION: This cleansing agent for cycle cleansing is characterized by comprising an alcohol and 1,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6-tridecafluorohexane.
