PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and conveniently usable shelf structure of a refrigerator wherein a shelf height position is changed by simple operation, and a shelf position in a room is vertically moved by a structure for reducing the number of parts even in a placing shelf having a high installing position in a storage room. SOLUTION: This refrigerator has a positioning roller 21 for horizontally arranging a shelf frame 13 in the storage room so as to be opposed to an inclined guide 9 of a shelf support 7 arranged in lateral point symmetry on left and right side wall surfaces of the storage room, fixing an inclined sliding plate 19 similarly inclining to a position opposed to the inclined guide of a slide belt 16 slidingly arranged by a frame-shaped guide rib of a shelf frame, and locking in a prescribed position by vertically moving according to a movement of the inclined sliding plate by expandably projecting to the side end from the front edge of the shelf frame, and is characterized by vertically movably arranging the shelf frame by moving the inclined sliding plate along the inclined guide by sliding of the slide belt.
