PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the displacement of a windowpane after the earthquake, and to use glazing gaskets on both faces of the windowpane. SOLUTION: The windowpane 3 is fixed by inserting the gaskets 5 respectively between each of outdoor-side and indoor-side flange parts of left and right pair of vertical frames 1 and upper and lower pair of lateral frames 2, and a windowpane face of a windowpane edge part, and an elastic member 8 is inserted into a clearance between a web part 11 of at least one of the left and right pair of vertical frames 1 and the windowpane edge part to press and return the displaced windowpane by elastic force.
