he invention relates to a professional, external, indoor, round ceiling lighting element having a round mirror (fig.3), a round special supporting base for the arrangement and connection of the electric material (fig.1), a rotating round pane-retaining ring (fig.4) and an ornamental shell (fig. 2) in the smallest possible dimensions. At the base (fig.1), there are 9 cut bending tongue-shaped sections (A1, A2) -7 of the tongue shape (A1) and 2 of the square shape (A2)- with holes meant to receive screws or rivets (A3); the aforementioned sections stand in the erect position to form a 90o angle (B1, B2) and support the electric material liable to occupy, upon mounting, the least possible room, into the void space formed between the mirror and the ornamental shell.
