PURPOSE:To obtain a liner having a low friction coefficient and good wear resistance at low cost by forming a sintered layer of ethylene tetrafluoride resin particles containing filler between yarn of cloth of ethylene tetrafluoride resin yarn or union cloth thereof with another fiber having the same heat resistance. CONSTITUTION:Warp 11 of ethylene tetrafluoride resin fiber and weft 12 of another fiber having the same heat resistance as ethylene tetrafluoride resin fiber are fabricated in such a manner that warp 11 appears greater than weft 12 on a slide surface side. The cloth 10 is laid in a container with the slide surface thereof upside, and after water is poured and powder mixture of ethylene tetrafluoride resin and filler is dispersed, it is uniformly drained and pressed and heated in a molding die. Therefore, sintered particles 15 are fusingly attached between warp 11 and weft 12 to form sintered layers 16, 17, so that the structure can be made at low cost, having a low friction coefficient due to resin and good wear resistance due to filler.
