PURPOSE:To obtain the titled cable whose optical fiber containing density is high, and also, whose tension resisting effect is extremely excellent, by suppressing a movement of a reinforcing wire in a groove. CONSTITUTION:As for a reinforcing wire 4, its movement in a groove 2, that is to say, its movement in both the radial direction and the axial direction is suppressed. As for a method for suppressing the movement of the reinforcing wire 4 in the groove 2, a method for injecting an adhesive agent 7 into the groove 2, and ticking and fixing the reinforcing wire 4 to the inside of the groove 2, at the time of containing the reinforcing wire 4 into the groove 2, or a method for applying the adhesive agent 7 to the reinforcing wire 4 and sticking and fixing it to the inside of the groove 2 is effective. Also, it is effective to make the width of the groove 2 a little smaller than the outside diameter of the reinforcing wire 4, to press the reinforcing wire 4 into the groove 2, or to make the depth of the groove 2 a little shallower than the outside diameter of the reinforcing wire 4, and to press down the reinforcing wire 4 against the bottom of the groove 2 by a housing 6. |
