PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithographic printing plate product having high sensitivity, stable storage property with time and favorable printing performance.

SOLUTION: A photosensitive lithographic printing plate containing an organic borate and a polymer binder having a polymerizable double bond in the side chain and a carboxyl group and having ≥50 mgKOH/g acid value is treated with developer containing a sulfonated aromatic hydrocarbon.
