<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective cover for a load on a pallet which has high mechanical strength, can prevent collapse of the load, can easily be put over the load, and has excellent workability. <P>SOLUTION: This cover for a load on a pallet is formed of a laminated sheet including a fabric body of uniaxially stretched thermoplastic synthetic resin filaments and a thermoplastic synthetic resin layer stacked on one or both sides of the fabric body, and has a ceiling part and a peripheral side part which is provided consecutively on the ceiling part and on the periphery of the ceiling part, and is hung downward. The flexural rigidity of the laminated sheet in the ceiling part and the flexural rigidity of the laminated sheet in the peripheral part satisfy the following relationship, and a restriction mechanism for the peripheral part is formed on the lower edge of the peripheral part.
