<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a tandem type double-row ball bearing, in which assembling of balls are not smoothly performed so that an inner ring member and the balls in a double row as an assembled unit are assembled toward an outer ring member installed on a circular wall in advance. <P>SOLUTION: The double-row ball bearing 10 comprises the assembled unit 21 at an inner ring side consisting of the inner ring member 13 and a group of balls 15 at one row assembled on the inner ring member 13 via a retainer 19, and the assembled unit 22 at an outer ring side consisting of the outer ring member 11 and a group of balls 16 at other row assembled on the outer ring member 11 via the outer ring member 11 and a retainer 20. When the assembling unit 21 at the inner ring side is assembled toward the assembling unit 22 at the outer ring side during assembling works of a differential system, balls 18 at other row are smoothly assembled without passing a raceway surface of balls 17 at one row, and without wound balls 18 at a step portion on an inner periphery of the outer ring member 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
