<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably reduce a working time by shortening the curing time and the curing period of a resin material. <P>SOLUTION: This peeling prevention method for concrete comprises the steps of performing the cross sectional treatment of concrete, performing the substrate surface treatment of the concrete, applying primer to the concrete, applying first second-coating onto the surface of the concrete, disposing reinforcement material on the surface of the concrete, applying second second-coating onto the surface of the concrete, and applying finished coating onto the surface of the concrete.
