<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple wind power generating device for private power generation that is easily installed on the roof of a high-rise building or the like, wherein a generator is operated with rotating force of a windmill. <P>SOLUTION: The simple wind power generating device comprises: the generator 2 installed on a concrete base 1; the windmill 4 supported by a plurality of main stays 3 fixedly erected on the base 1; and a flywheel 7 mounted on a rotary shaft 5 of the windmill 4.
