PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the volume of a disposal container for disposing nozzle tips effectively utilizable in a dispensing device. SOLUTION: The disposal container 24 is arranged under a remover 20, a falling position 30 of the nozzle tips 14 removed from the remover 20 is slipped from a rotating center axis of the disposal container. The disposal container 24 and driving mechanism 26 are connected through a publicly known motion conversion mechanism such as a roller mechanism, a belt mechanism, or a gear mechanism, and the driving mechanism 26 rotates the disposal container 24 around the rotation center 28 by intermittent driving, namely, the disposal container 24 eccentrically rotates to the falling position.
