PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate mounting of a two-barrel pinion of a differential gear transmission. SOLUTION: The differential transmission is provided with an input shaft 11 provided with a first sun-gear 42, an output shaft 12 provided with a second sun-gear 43, a carrier 31 relatively and rotatably supported with respect to the input shaft 11 and the output shaft 12, two pinion shafts 46 and 55 supported with the carrier 31, first and second two-barrel pinions P1 and P2 rotatably supported with each pinion shaft 46 and 55, and an actuator 38 for rotating the carrier 38. The first and the second sun-gears 42 and 43 are engaged with the first and second pinions 47 and 48 forming the first two-barrel pinion P1 as well as engaged with first and second idle pinions 56 and 58 forming the second two-barrel pinion P2. The first and the second pinions 47 and 48 are integrally formed, and the first and the second idle pinions 56 and 58 are relatively and rotatably formed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
