PURPOSE:To remove generated powder by an ultrasonic wave impressed later again, by impressing the ultrasonic wave on a case to which a floppy disk is contained, after welding a liner on the case. CONSTITUTION:A ring-shaped liner 3 made of non woven fabric is welded on each inner wall of an upper shell 2 which pierces an angular aperture window 1 neighboring to a side, and a lower shell which pierces the angular aperture window neighboring to a side, and a circular aperture part in the center, by using a thermal welding horn 6. After wards, an ultrasonic vibrator 7 is overlapped, and the ultrasonic wave is impressed on the thermal welding horn 6, under the same condition by which the case is welded. By the propagating vibration of impressed ultrasonic wave, the powder due to the fiber of non woven fabric consisting of an isolated liner 3, can be removed.
