PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera equipped with a mechanism which makes it easier to operate the self-photography camera. SOLUTION: The camera equipped with an inner barrier type lens barrier has a self-photography mode setting 11 wherein light metering 13 and range finding 14 are performed when the shutter release button is half-pressed and lens wide-angle extension and focusing 15 are automatically carried out when the shutter release button is fully pressed.
