PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge which can prevent the occurrence of looseness in a binding body without requiring a washer or the like and makes a smooth rotational motion obtainable. SOLUTION: The hinge is provided with a stationary piece 2 connected to one member, a movable piece 8 freely relatively rotationally movably connected across a binding member 14 to the stationary piece 2, an elastic member 25 attached between the stationary piece 2 and the binding member 14 to elastically connect both, and the elastic member 25 attached between the stationary piece 2 and the binding member 14 to impart a rotationally moving resistance to the movable piece 8. The friction resistance by the elastic member 25 on the stationary piece 2 side is set greater than the friction resistance of the elastic member 25 on the movable piece 8 side, by which the looseness of the binding member 14 can be prevented without requiring the washer or the like. Also, the rotational moving resistance by the friction resistance of the elastic member 25 is imparted to the movable piece 8 and therefore the smooth rotational moving motion is eventually obtained without the occurrence of a back-lash.
