PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time measuring device measuring all period, pulse width, time difference, etc., without omission even for input signals with short periods. SOLUTION: The time measuring device has a time measuring means for measuring time width or time difference of input pulses and outputting the measured data, and a memory means for storing the measured data. The device comprises a plurality of the time measuring means and the memory means, and a plurality of time measuring means alternatingly measure by turns the time widths of the input pulses at every single cycle, and store the measured data in a plurality of memory means, respectively.
