raditional electrically operated oven for pizzerias, which oven is composed of a wheeled metal base 11 serving additionally as a storage room, and the base 15 constructed with successive layers of firebricks 1 with electric resistances, mesh reinforcement concrete 2, glass wool 3, and mesh reinforcement concrete 4. The said base 15 supports the main part of the oven, namely the dome 16 constructed -starting from the inner to the outer wall-, from firebricks 10 with electric resistances, mesh reinforcement concrete 9, glass wool 8, reinforcing ribs ('neurometal') 7, and plaster or plaster of Paris 6. The oven in question can operate with wood-and-electric current combination, or, entirely, with electric current, or wood. |
