<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a transverse cross talk of display in an organic EL display device 100. <P>SOLUTION: In a wiring connection between a panel 20 in which an organic EL structure body is held between a scanning electrode 2 and a data electrode 3 and a driving IC 10, the scanning electrode 2 is connected linearly to a scanning electrode driving circuit IC, a first data electrode driving circuit 1A is arranged on the upper side of the panel 20, a second data electrode driving circuit 1B is arranged on the lower side of the panel 20, and each output terminal groups of the scanning electrode driving circuit 1C, the first data electrode driving circuit 1A, and the second data electrode driving circuit 1B are arranged along one side of a left side of the panel 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
