<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular film with an enough stiffness for protecting an item filled without heating a package after production. <P>SOLUTION: A shutter mechanism 7C is moved perpendicularly downward in a condition where the upper part of an item 45 filled in a tubular film 40 in which the item 45 is inserted is held by a pair of shutter bars 71. The film 40 is heat sealed in its width direction at the upper part of the shutter bars 71 holding the film 40 and the heat sealed part is cut off. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
