<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform the analysis and test of a testing object device by realizing the expansion of a testing case and facility of use by a higher harmonic generator with expanded versatility. <P>SOLUTION: An arithmetic operation part of the higher harmonic generator is performed by a CPU capable of an arithmetic operation in real time from a conventional hardware shape so that an optional higher harmonic of a user can be superimposed on a system. Since only the higher harmonic is superimposed, the higher harmonic having an optional size can be superimposed on an optional place, and the higher harmonic of the system can be absorbed when desired by further adjusting the phase of a forming higher harmonic waveform in a phase control part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
