<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray sensor signal processing circuit capable of measuring X-ray doses with uniform sensitivity at all times, by reliably suppressing sensitivity reductions due to polarizing effects which occur in an X-ray sensor even in the case of using a CdTe sensor as the X-ray sensor, and to provide an X-ray CT apparatus using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The X-ray sensor signal processing circuit processes an output signal of the X-ray sensor for detecting pulse-like X-rays emitted from an accelerator and passed through the subject, and comprises a bias voltage control circuit having a function for making a bias voltage of the X-ray sensor zero at least once between the emission of the X-rays from the accelerator and the emission of next X-rays. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
