<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that with the conventional photoelectric infrared sensor, the performance is varied with the color of a user's clothes, so in the case of black clothes, for example, no detection is caused, and that in the case of a collector type infrared sensor, it is influenced by the temperature of the atmosphere, so in the case of hot summer, for example, there is no difference between the body temperature of the user and the temperature of the atmosphere, no detection is caused, further that when the toilet stool is clogged, frequently such clogging is not known, so filthy water overflows, and on the other hand, in the case of a small quantity of excretion, excessive washing water is let flow to be wasted. <P>SOLUTION: A microwave sensor is installed on the top of a trap part of the toilet stool, thereby detecting the state of the trap.
