PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent paste exhibiting little change of panel luminescent characteristic by the lighting of the panel for a long period, and provide a plasma display part and a plasma display. SOLUTION: The fluorescent paste contains particles of a fluoride in a fluorescent paste. The plasma display part and the plasma display contain the fluorinate particles in the fluorescent layer.
