PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder composition for colored pavement excellent in safety and capable of giving a homogeneous curing reaction without requiring heating or mixing, and to provide a colored pavement body using the composition. SOLUTION: The binder composition for colored pavement comprises a condensation polymerized resin with an acid value of 3-100 mgKOH/g derived from at least one of a structural monomer of an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid or its acid anhydride having an unsaturated bond capable of radically polymerizing, a coloring agent, a curing agent and water, and the colored pavement body is prepared from the binder composition for colored pavement.
