PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate a noncontact type torque sensor with a speed sensor in a hydraulic power unit. SOLUTION: This hydraulic power unit provided in a housing has a power shaft related to the power unit. A transducer for measuring a torque is installed in the housing, and a fixing part of the transducer is fixed on the shaft in the noncontact state.
