PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeding conveying roller having high durability while lowering its hardness, capable of stably keeping its coefficient of friction without affected by paper powder, and free from noise. SOLUTION: This paper feeding conveying roller used in feeding or conveying sheets, comprises an inner layer 12 formed at a core metal 11 side and composed of a foamed elastic body, and an outer layer 13 formed on the inner layer, and composed of a low-foamed elastic body of a foaming magnification lower than that of the foamed elastic body.
