An Independent claim is also included for coating materials, especially day-glow paint or luminous printing ink, comprising an aqueous or alcoholic solution or suspension of dyes, binders, preservatives and other conventional additives, in which the binder is an aqueous dispersion of a thermoplastic, self-crosslinking acrylic polymer, especially Plextol (RTM) and the liquid also contains a luminous substance as described above.</p> |
